Effective date: June 24, 2026. This policy explains how PublishGrid collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information when you use this website and its YouTube API publishing, scheduling, metadata, and analytics features.
PublishGrid is operated by PublishGrid. The production website is https://publishgrid.gigrai.com. For privacy questions, access requests, revocation requests, or deletion requests, contact us at Info@gigrai.com. Mailing address: Business mailing address available on request by emailing Info@gigrai.com.
PublishGrid helps authorized channel owners and their teams prepare, schedule, and upload videos to YouTube. The app can process videos selected by the user, generate suggested titles/descriptions/tags, assign uploads to connected YouTube channels, upload videos as private or scheduled YouTube videos, update metadata for videos uploaded through the app, and display performance metrics for connected channels when analytics access is granted.
We do not ask for your Google or YouTube password. You connect YouTube through Google OAuth, and Google shows you the permissions requested before you grant access.
PublishGrid uses YouTube API Services to let authorized users connect their YouTube channel, upload videos, schedule uploads, update video metadata, and view analytics for videos managed through PublishGrid. By using YouTube-connected features in PublishGrid, you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledging the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke third-party app access from your Google Account permissions page.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing and improving user-facing features described in this policy, complying with user instructions, maintaining security, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it for unrelated surveillance, credit, employment, housing, or insurance decisions.
Depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant, PublishGrid may access or store the following YouTube/Google data:
| Scope | Purpose |
|---|---|
| https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload | Upload video files selected or approved by the user to the user's connected YouTube channel. PublishGrid uses this scope only for user-directed uploads and scheduled uploads. |
| https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly | Read basic channel information, such as channel ID, channel name, channel thumbnail, and subscriber count. This helps confirm the correct destination channel and route videos to the correct YouTube account. |
| https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube | Update metadata for videos managed through PublishGrid, including title, description, tags, category, and related publishing metadata. Although this scope allows broader YouTube account access, PublishGrid uses it only for user-directed publishing and metadata-management actions inside the app. |
| https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly | Read YouTube Analytics metrics for videos managed through PublishGrid, such as views, watch time, average view duration, average view percentage, likes, comments, shares, and subscribers gained. These metrics help users evaluate video performance and improve future publishing decisions. |
PublishGrid may send limited video context, filenames, transcripts, generated summaries, existing title examples, and selected performance signals to configured AI service providers in order to generate title options, descriptions, tags, summaries, and related publishing recommendations. We do not send Google OAuth access tokens or refresh tokens to AI providers.
AI output should be reviewed by a human before publishing. You are responsible for confirming that generated titles, descriptions, tags, and claims are accurate and comply with YouTube policies.
We share information only as needed to operate the service:
We do not sell your personal information or Google user data. We do not share Google user data with advertisers or data brokers.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect stored information, including limiting OAuth tokens to backend systems and not intentionally exposing them in the browser. Access to production systems is limited to operational use. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, and PublishGrid does not claim guaranteed protection or “bank-level” security.
To request deletion, email Info@gigrai.com with the subject line “Delete my PublishGrid data.” Include the connected YouTube channel name, channel ID, or the email address used to contact PublishGrid so we can verify the request. After verification, PublishGrid will delete or anonymize personal information and Google user data that is not required for legal, security, or operational reasons. This may include stored OAuth credentials, connected channel records, uploaded video files, generated metadata, analytics snapshots, thumbnails, transcripts, processing records, and related logs.
When a user disconnects a YouTube account from PublishGrid, PublishGridrevokes the Google OAuth token through Google's OAuth revocation endpoint and deletes the Authorized Data held for that channel — stored OAuth credentials, the channel thumbnail and subscriber count, and all stored YouTube Analytics snapshots for that channel's videos. This happens immediately as part of the disconnect, and in any case within 7 calendar days of the request.
If you instead revoke PublishGrid's access from your Google Account permissions page, the same Authorized Data is deleted within 30 calendar days of that revocation. Backup copies, if any, may remain until the normal backup lifecycle expires, but they will not be used for active processing.
PublishGrid is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email us at Info@gigrai.com.
Information may be processed in the country where the service, hosting provider, database, AI provider, or support provider operates. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable law.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the app or by another reasonable method.
