By accessing or using PublishGrid, you agree to these Terms. If you use PublishGridon behalf of a business, organization, channel owner, or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms and connect the relevant YouTube channel on their behalf.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use PublishGrid.

PublishGrid is a software service for authorized YouTube channel owners, creators, and media teams. It helps users manage video publishing workflows, including video ingestion, AI-assisted title/description/tag generation, channel assignment, upload scheduling, private draft uploads, metadata updates, and performance review using YouTube Analytics where the user grants permission.
PublishGrid uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube-connected features in PublishGrid, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of YouTube through PublishGrid is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
PublishGrid uses YouTube API Services only for user-authorized publishing, metadata management, channel verification, and analytics review. PublishGrid does not provide tools for fake engagement, view manipulation, subscriber manipulation, comment spam, or artificial growth.

You connect YouTube channels through Google OAuth. Google shows the permissions requested before you grant access. You can revoke PublishGrid's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Disconnecting a YouTube account in PublishGrid stops future API access for that account and causes PublishGrid to remove stored OAuth credentials from the active account record where technically supported.
You retain ownership of videos, metadata, channel information, and other content that you upload or provide to PublishGrid. You grant PublishGrid permission to host, process, analyze, transform, store, transmit, and publish that content only as needed to provide the service, follow your instructions, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
PublishGrid may use AI systems to suggest titles, descriptions, tags, summaries, and other publishing recommendations. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific video. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing or syncing it to YouTube.
PublishGrid does not guarantee that AI-generated metadata will improve views, subscribers, watch time, ranking, revenue, or channel growth.
PublishGrid depends on third-party services, including YouTube API Services, Google OAuth, hosting providers, storage providers, queue systems, and AI providers. Features may be delayed, limited, unavailable, or paused because of quota limits, third-party outages, account authorization issues, policy enforcement, maintenance, or technical failures.
YouTube uploads may be paused or rejected if YouTube API quota is exhausted, if Google or YouTube returns an error, if the connected account lacks permission, or if the content or metadata violates YouTube policies.
Some PublishGrid features may be free, paid, trial-based, usage-based, or subscription-based. Pricing, limits, renewal terms, and billing rules will be shown before purchase or activation of paid features. If paid billing is not yet active, this section applies when paid plans are introduced.
We may suspend or terminate access to PublishGrid if we believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the service, created legal or security risk, violated YouTube or Google policies, attempted to manipulate YouTube engagement, or used the service in a way that could harm PublishGrid, YouTube, Google, users, or third parties.
PublishGrid is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every workflow. We do not guarantee YouTube approval, API quota increases, successful uploads, video performance, monetization, ranking, search visibility, subscribers, revenue, or audience growth.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PublishGrid and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, channel performance, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the app or by another reasonable method. Continued use of PublishGrid after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
